Patrick is an experienced Cognitive and Behaviour and EMDR therapist based in Uppermill offering confidential, private 1-1 treatment for  adults. His commitment is to firstly  understand the person and their difficulties and using evidenced based treatment and techniques, make collaborative changes to these difficulties.
